HamiltonDavis Mental Health provides DMH/Private Provider Services for persons with a substance use disorder; and DMH/Home and Community-Based Services-ID/DD Waiver Services for persons with a intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who may require assistance in their own homes and communities to assist in the maintenance and retention of their emotional, psychological, and social well-being. These services are responsive to the distinct needs of the person and community offered with respect for the dignity of all and delivered by qualified employees without regard to national origin, race, age, sex, disability, sexual orientation, and political or religious beliefs.
